Anthropic recently merged Claude’s chat and Cowork into one workspace. Cowork still isn’t portable — it’s local to my machine — but for the first time my browser projects show up inside it too, so I’m not losing track of things across two separate environments anymore.
That integration also crystallized the one wish still on my list — an orchestrator, something to help me conduct fifteen parallel Claude threads instead of running each one myself.
That wish is the seed of a new series I’m starting here, entitled From Operator to Orchestrator — automating the administrative and often boring parts of my business so I can spend more time with customers.
